KPFK Launches Bold New Morning Lineup

KPFK's mornings just got a major upgrade.

As of Monday, June 16, we're launching a refreshed morning block designed to inform, provoke, and inspire.

  • 6:00–7:00 AM: QR Code
Hosted by Q Ward and Ramses Ja of Civic Cipher, QR Code breaks down Culture, Opinions, Dialogue, and Entertainment with sharp analysis, real community insight, and can’t-miss interviews.
  • 7:00–8:00 AM: Democracy Now
Amy Goodman brings the global headlines and voices too often left out of mainstream coverage. (No change here—but it’s still essential listening.)
  • 8:00–9:00 AM: Law & Disorder
Hosted by Oakland organizer and activist Cat Brooks, Law & Disorder delivers radical legal analysis, deep conversations, and unapologetic resistance—four days a week.

📡 Tune in weekdays on 90.7 FM, stream live at kpfk.org, or catch the archives anytime.
