Tune in Wed., Dec. 7 from 3-4 pm on KPFK 90.7 FM for this week’s edition of the Lawyers Guild Show. First, we’ll meet Franky Carrillo who, although innocent, spent 20 years behind bars for a murder he didn’t commit after LA Sheriff deputies framed him; we’ll discuss his efforts to protect others from police violence and corruption, including the recent Measure A campaign. Then, we’ll speak with members of the US Hands Off Cuba Committee about the recent US-Cuba Youth, Union & Women’s Conference in Havana. Co-hosts: Jim Lafferty and Maria Hall.
