Hear BIKETALK on KPFK Tuesday July 19 at 3PM!

BIKE TALK COMES TO KPFK'S AIRWAVES! TUESDAY JULY 19th at 3PM (PT)

In our next episode, Bike Talk celebrates the street fighters who help us liberate ourselves from car dependency: Councilmember Nithya Raman made space for not-cars in Griffith Park by closing (opening) Crystal Springs Drive. Michael Schneider and Streets For All got the LA City Council to talk about finally implementing the city’s Mobility Plan even before the Healthy Streets LA ballot measure appears on the ballot. Jessica Fitzgerald-Ruvalcava rides a “Mom Tank,” the Reciclos project’s first upcycled electric cargo bike. These are the leaders in the fight for our streets, and for us all.
